生姜片 2片
[制作流程]
(1)将1000cc注入锅中煮开后，放入生姜及排骨煮滚去血水，取出排骨用冷水沖洗干净。
(2)另取锅注入1000cc的水煮开后，放入所有材料同煮1个半小时即可。
