fibrosarcoma
在小儿肿瘤中不多见，来自间叶组织的恶性肿瘤。10岁以前极少见，男女之比约为2∶1。纤维肉瘤多发生于下肢，其次是上肢、躯干及头颈部。约10%病例发生转移，转移部位多为肺及骨。临床主要表现为局部无痛性肿块。治疗为广泛性手术切除，预后良好。由于局部浸润故术后易局部复发，应密切随访，以期尽早发现而再次广泛切除。
