目的:对现阶段常用祛痰药的应用现状进行分析,以期为临床合理应用提供参考。

| 祛痰药 通过稀释液、化痰液和促进纤毛活动促进痰液咳出的药物。常用祛痰药可分为4类：①增加水样层厚度促进呼吸道分泌的药物 。因促进分泌的方式不同又可分为恶心祛痰药(如氯化铵)和刺激性祛痰药(如碘化钾)。前者口服后直接刺激胃粘膜感受器，通过肺胃迷走反射，促进支气管分泌增加。后者口服后经血液循环分布到气道，直接刺激腺体分泌。②降低凝胶层粘稠性的药物。包括粘蛋白水解酶激活物（如碘化钾）；能使痰中的粘多糖纤维裂解，痰粘度下降的药（如必嗽平）；粘蛋白双硫键裂解药(如乙酰半胱胺酸)。③增加纤毛活动的药物。包括β受体兴奋剂，如舒喘灵。④某些中成药。如痰咳净、祛痰灵口服液、化痰口服液等。 |
