一种对伴有黄疸的肝胆系统疾患进行鉴别诊断的方法。将99mTc-EHIDA或131I-玫瑰红等放射性药物注入静脉后，迅速被肝实质细胞摄取，并迅速分泌至毛细胆管，经胆管系统排入肠道，用γ相机可显示该示踪剂在肝、胆、肠的动态分布图像。此法对肝脏功能及胆管通畅情况的诊断有一定价值，常用以判断黄疸属于梗阻性或非梗阻性，以及梗阻的部位和程度等。
