Methods:Seventy-two patients with sympathetic cervical spondylopathy were selected and were randomly assigned into a treatment group (n=36 cases),given pinggan xifeng decoction (PFXFD),massage and psychological support therapy ,and a control group (n=36 cases), administered Flunarizine and Oryzanol Tablets.
结论:平肝熄风汤配合推拿、心理支持疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病,其疗效明显优于对照组,是一种有效的综合治疗方案,值得临床推广。

| 平肝熄风 用于治疗肝肾阴虚，水不涵木，阴不潜阳，肝阳化风之证的方法。治疗内风病证方法之一。适应证状有眩晕欲仆，头痛如掣，肢麻震颤，手足蠕动，语言不利，步履不稳，舌红，脉弦而细，或猝然昏倒，舌强不语，口眼斜，半身不遂等。常用天麻、钩藤、石决明、桑寄生、夜交藤、栀子、杜仲、龙骨、牡蛎、龟版、玄参、川楝子等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有天麻钩藤饮、镇肝熄风汤等。 |
