目的 对冰玉洁栓进行随机、盲法、平行对照临床试验研究，初步评价冰玉洁栓治疗慢性宫颈炎宫颈糜烂(湿热下注证)的临床疗效，观察其安全性。

根据鸡大肠杆菌病的临床表现、病理变化,按中兽医辨证论治的观点,鸡大肠杆菌病可辨证为“湿热下注膀胱”证,“八正散”是清热泻火、利水通淋的代表方,本实验按照古方中“八正散”,并按照配伍理论,加入两味中药组成了“加味八正散”,将两方剂运用于人工建立的鸡大肠杆菌病,进行病理模型药效学观察,并由此来评价鸡大肠杆菌病与“湿热下注膀胱之淋证”的相关性研究。
