They, aged from 1 month to 15 year-old, at an average of 11 years, had been undertaken respectively with Ponseti technique, muscular equilibrium, Turco, Mackay procedure, triple arthrodesis according to the classification of Dimeglio and age during 1998-2006.
方法选取8年间,可以随访的38例66足的先天性马蹄内翻足患儿,根据不同年龄,不同的足部体检结果,分别采取Ponseti治疗法、肌力平衡术、Mackay手术、Turco手术、三关节融合术,并统计治疗结果。
