AIM: To explore the role of Barium X-ray in the diagnosis of pediatric digestive diseases, and to investigate the effective methods to improve the diagnosis.
方法:1990-2000年因消化道症状就诊且行消化道钡剂造影的儿童患者773例,其中568例接受上消化道造影,86例全消化道造影,119例钡剂灌肠,分析患者临床资料。

Methods: The barium meal was performed in 65 cases of cardiac carcinoma proved pathologically,and CT scan in 30 cases,MRI scan in 17 cases.
结论:钡剂造影是诊断贲门癌首选的影像学检查方法,CT和MR I是有效的补充,能做出较准确的肿瘤TNM分期,为临床治疗方案的制定提供重要的依据。
