脊柱旋转复位法 正骨手法之一。本手法适用于颈椎病，腰椎后关节紊乱及腰椎间盘突出症。具体方法为：正坐于凳上，医者用一手拇指按住棘突偏歪的一侧。同时应注意协调两手动作，使脊椎旋转。当脊椎旋转到一定范围时，即可感到拇指下棘突轻微错动，往往伴有“喀喀”响声，此时说明偏歪脊突已复位，且相邻椎体亦恢复正常状态。
