支持细胞型子宫内膜样腺癌


极少见。组织学上很像卵巢的支持细胞瘤。这种结构多见于发生在卵巢的子宫内膜样腺癌。也偶见于刮宫物中,常与典型的子宫内膜样腺癌混合存在,或有移行现象,可以与具有性索样结构的子宫内膜间质肉瘤区别。治疗:可行子宫附件全切除术,如术中发现有转移,应行肿瘤细胞减灭术,术后加以化疗、放疗。绝大多数预后良好。
