Through simulating the on-the-spot application method,the following factors influencing interlayer adhesion of polyurethane woodenware finish coats were investigated: mechanical or non-mechanical roughening between coats,effective hydroxyl of hydroxyl resin,coating interval time between coats,various n(—NCO)∶n(—OH) ratio,change of surrounding temperature and additives,etc.
通过模拟施工现场的操作方式,考察了影响聚氨酯木器面漆层间附着的因素:涂层间有无机械打磨,羟基树脂的有效用羟基,涂层间涂装间隔时间,n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)不同配比,环境温度的变化以及助剂的使用等,讨论了通过改善施工方式和选择有效用羟基树脂以改善聚氨酯木器面漆涂层间附着的问题。

常用的打孔方法有:钻头钻孔,电火花加工打孔,激光打孔等
1、钻头钻孔
适合打大孔,直径在2MM以上的孔,且钻头易断,产品废品率较高。
2、电火花加工
打孔在0.2mm以上,加速度很慢
3、激光打孔
可以打0.1以上的孔,速度较快,深度不超过4MM
