萎缩性胃炎
为慢性胃炎的一个类型，病理粘膜萎缩变薄，腺体成分减少或消失。萎缩的部位不同，病因也各异。胃体萎缩，多属自身免疫病，PCA(壁细胞抗体）阳性，胃酸低，铁缺乏。临床表现为食欲不振、消瘦、贫血。胃窦萎缩，多因幽门括约肌功能不全，胆汁返流、胃内潴留有关，胃酸正常或偏低，以胃胀、嗳气、打嗝为主要表现。治疗以消除病因，给予粘膜保护剂。后者需进行胃镜追踪观察，防止癌变。
