postoperative irradiation
手术后对肿瘤患者进行的放射治疗。主要用于肿瘤切除不彻底或疑有亚临床病灶及淋巴结转移者；也用于有复发倾向者。术中在病灶范围内作金属标记，术后按标记设计放射野进行放疗。多在术后2周至2个月内进行。照射剂量应为根治量的2/3，未根治切除者可予接近根治量。
