桃仁莲藕汤
原 料：桃仁10克，莲藕250克。
做 法：
1.莲藕洗净切片；桃仁去皮尖打碎。
2.将打碎的桃仁、莲藕放锅内，加水500毫升共煮汤。
3.酌加适量红糖或食盐调味即可。
功 效：莲藕含丰富的铁质，故对贫血之人颇为相宜。适用于妇女产后血瘀发热。
