To observe the level of plasma P - selectin in patiants with paratyphoid fever and to study the clinical sighnificance of it.
目的:观察甲型副伤寒患者血浆P—选择素(P—selectin)水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。

| 副伤寒 paratyphoid 由副伤寒杆菌引起的急性传染病。由于病原菌的不同可分为副伤寒甲、副伤寒乙及副伤寒丙。其流行病学及临床特点与伤寒相似，但潜伏期较短，首发症状多为急性胃肠炎，发热不规则，玫瑰疹少见，肠出血及肠穿孔等严重并发症很少发生，预后一般良好，病后慢性带菌者少。由于副伤寒杆菌甲、乙、丙与伤寒杆菌的鞭毛抗原各不相同，故肥达反应可作鉴别的参考，而确诊仍有赖细菌培养。治疗及预防与伤寒相同。 |
