Objective To investigate the effect of repairing rabbit articular cartilage defects with tissue engineered cartilage constructed in vivo by the composite of chondrocyte precursor cells induced by allogenic marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSC_s) in vitro and autologous "two-phase" bone matrix gelatin(BMG).
目的研究兔同种异体骨髓间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSC_s)体外诱导成软骨前体细胞与自体“双相”骨基质明胶(bone matrix gelatin,BMG)复合体内构建组织工程软骨,修复兔膝关节软骨缺损,以探讨其修复关节软骨缺损的可行性;比较自体及同种异体MSC_s源性软骨前体细胞与自体“双相”BMG复合体内构建组织工程软骨修复兔关节软骨缺损的能力,观察不同组织工程软骨对关节软骨缺损的修复效果,为进一步组织工程软骨的临床应用提供依据。
