目的 本研究通过测定正常人外周血淋巴细胞在遭受氧化应激时，细胞8-羟基-2’-脱氧鸟苷三磷酸酶(8-oxo-dGTPase)的表达及端粒长度的变化，评估氧化应激对端粒长度的影响，探讨氧化应激致免疫老化的可能机理。
