Methods:60 cases of the acute attack of asthma severity classification standards with mild to moderate patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.
目的:观察祛风平喘汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者临床症状、体征及患者血清嗜酸性粒细胞、免疫球蛋白E和肺功能指标(FEV_1、FVC、FEV_1/FVC、PEF_(50))的影响。

服阿司匹林引起的哮喘。机制不明，可能因阿司匹林类药物抑制环氧化酶，阻断前列腺素的合成；脂氧化酶的作用加强而致白三烯合成增多，后者促进支气管平滑肌收缩而引起哮喘发作。哮喘患者应禁用阿司匹林。脱敏治疗可能有效，色甘酸二钠有保护作用。
