[Method] Divide 106 cases randomly into 3 groups,group A take dissection half-deep stitch operation;group B (control group 1) 32 cases dissection,group C(control group 2)38 cases phase-1 stitch operation;by 6~18 months of trace follow-up,make judge and comparison on treatment time,expense,trauma scar width and post-operation complication.

Based on the reviews of current multi-contour reconstruction algorithms,a new algorithm named cut-and-sew(CS) is presented,in which a pair of control points is introduced as incision to cut and spread out a pair of contour lines to form two parallel line segments,after the coordinate transform of contour vertices and making one contour line corresponding to the other one in the same pair.
综合评述了目前通过多轮廓线重构三维形体表面的算法研究现状,提出了一种新的多轮廓线重构三维形体算法切开-缝合法(CS)。

会阴切开缝合术
为产科常用手术之一，目的避免严重会阴裂伤及克服分娩阻滞。手术方式可有会阴侧斜切开及正中切开两种。适用于：①初产妇会阴过紧或胎儿过大；②母儿病情急需结束分娩，或不宜第2产程用力者如心脏病，重症妊娠高血压综合征，胎儿窘迫等；③初产妇阴道手术产如行产钳术，胎头吸引术或足月臀位产；④早产儿预防颅内出血。可采用阴部神经阻滞及局部浸润麻醉。方法：①会阴侧斜切开(左侧)又名会阴后-侧切开。产妇取膀胱截石位，自会阴后联合中线向左侧45°方向切开会阴，切口一般4～5cm，注意皮肤切口长度与阴道黏膜切口长度一致。产程结束后检查切口有无延裂，肠线依次缝合阴道黏膜，肌层。丝线缝合会阴部皮肤和皮下组织。术毕肛诊检查有无肠线穿透直肠黏膜，如有，应拆除后重新缝合；②会阴正中切开，切口沿会阴后联合中间垂直切开，长2.0～3.0cm，注意不要损伤肛门括约肌。缝合方法较斜切开容易，出血少，术后肿胀少，疼痛轻。但如胎儿大，会阴体短，或接产技术不熟练者不宜采用。会阴切开术后头3天，每日用消毒液冲洗会阴2次，注意保持外阴清洁，每日检查伤口及时发现感染情况，及时处理。
