介入放射学技术。局麻下，在透视监视下将一个小的自控式吸引器的探头插入受累的椎间盘，把一小部分中心髓核组织吸出，以减少椎间盘内的压力的治疗方法。椎间盘内压力减低有助于借负压吸引脱出部分还纳，从而减轻受累的神经根所承受的压力及缓解症状。
