材料
霸王花50克、脊骨500克、瘦肉、南北杏区25克、蜜枣4粒、姜4片、食盐适量。
制作方法
（1）先将霸王花用清水浸软，洗干净；脊骨、瘦肉洗干净，脊骨斩件；南北杏洗干净，蜜枣洗干净。
（2）洗干净瓦煲，加入适量的清水，猛火煲滚，放下姜片、霸王花、脊骨、瘦肉、南北杏和蜜枣3小时，下食盐调味。
