N-受体


  存在于交感神经和副交感神经节、神经元的突触后膜和神经肌肉接头的终板膜上的受体。能与乙酰胆碱结合产生兴奋性突触后电位和终板电位,导致节后神经元和骨骼肌的兴奋。这类受体也能与烟碱相结合,产生相似的效应,故又称为"烟碱型受体"。据N型受体存在部位的不同,又分成两个亚型,存在于神经节神经元突触后膜上的受体为N2受体,存在于骨骼肌终板膜上的受体为Nl受体。
