CONCLUSION:The effector cells stimulated with DCs that are transfected with pEF-hGPC3 plasmid can effectively lyse glypican-3 expressing HepG2 cells,which suggests that those genetically engineered DCs have the potential to serve as a novel vaccine for HCC.
