The paper introduced the mathmatical model of two-phase hybrid stepping motor at first,then analyzed the principle of adaptive PI control and applied it for the hybrid stepping motor control,based on the speed of motor,the position of the rotor and the stator\'s current to set the paramater of PI to control rotational speed.

For the use of stator field-oriented vector control in doubly fed wind power generator(DFIG),this paper introduces the method to estimate speed with PI adaptation and calculate the rotor position with state equation of the motor.
