补充资料：火证
| 火证 感受火热之邪，或机体阳热亢盛所表现的证候。火证包括实火和虚火两类。实火起病急，病程短，热邪炽盛而机体正气尚盛。证见面红目赤、心烦、发热、口浊喜冷饮、大便秘结或泻下粘秽、小便短赤，舌红苔黄，脉数实有力，或兼见神昏谵语、狂躁不安、疮疡红肿、热痛、吐血、衄血、尿血、便血以及发斑等。治宜清热泻火、解毒凉血，方用黄连解毒汤、犀角地黄汤、清瘟败毒饮等。虚火起病缓慢，病程长，以阴虚火旺为其代表。证见两颧潮红、五心烦热或骨蒸潮热、心烦失眠、盗汗、尿短赤、口燥咽干、舌红少苔，脉细数。治宜养阴清热，方用知柏地黄汤、大补阴丸等。 |
