　　病名。系男性假两性畸形中睾丸激素合成缺陷的一种类型。因睾酮生成障碍，外生殖器可完全女性化，可有一浅的阴道，但无子宫。患者被当作女孩抚养，一般至青春期误认为有原发性闭经等症状来妇科检查时始被发现。可能是常染色体显性遗传病。一般进行睾丸切除术，同时用雌激素替代疗法。
