原发性肺癌的一种。发病率仅次于鳞癌。女性多见，多发生于肺周边小支气管的黏液腺，呈球形肿块，靠近胸膜。早期无明显症状，往往在X线检查时发现，生长较缓慢，但有的较早即发生血道转移。治疗可手术切除，对放射治疗敏感度差。
