霍乱肠毒素


霍乱弧菌的外毒素,注射动物体内可产生中和抗体。它并不损伤细胞,可作用于小肠粘膜细胞,与细胞膜上的受体结合,激活腺苷环化酶,使细胞内三磷酸腺苷变成环磷酸腺苷。由于细胞内环磷酸腺苷浓度增高,使肠细胞分泌功能增强,水分和电解质从小肠上皮细胞中大量丢失,即出现其特有的剧烈水样腹泻。
