做法：
1）将大米与阿达林分别洗净，浸泡至少4小时，沥干。粗略磨碎大米，用足够水与阿达林搅成糊状，使柔滑。
2）放入盐，让它发酵6—8小时或连夜加盖放在热处。
3）将蔬菜放在发酵的糊中，好好搅拌。
4）轻轻将绿豆饼涂上油，倒一汤匙糊于每一凹处，以碎胡椒粒和碎芫荽做装饰。
5）用一杯水与绿豆饼放在微波炉中，加盖高火烹饪4分钟，食用前放置5分钟。
