Images of copper weld pool in tungsten inert-gas(TIG) and pulsed TIG(PTIG) welding are obtained from the front side of work pieces using normal charge coupled device sensor, and results of imaging with different observing window are discussed.
提出了近红外波段取像的思路 ,设计了基于不同取像机理的两种复合窄带滤光系统 ,在脉冲TIG焊的电弧加热下 ,采用普通CCD传感器从正面对重熔自动TIG堆焊铜熔池进行了传感采集 ,对 10 6 4nm、980nm、5 2 0nm和 4 0 5nm滤光条件下的取像结果进行了比较分析 ,找到了相对较好的取像窗口 ,获得了清晰的铜熔池图像。
