The bilge water produced in oil tankers during prolonged voyage on Bohai Sea and other sea areas can t be discharged directly in to the sea,but the volume of engine room is not big enough for the extra bilge water,which is a problem deeply discussed in this paper.
针对长期航行于渤海区域及其它特殊区域的油船,机舱舱底的水不能排放入海,而机舱舱底水舱容积有限,无法留存过多的舱底水,本文对这一问题进行了深入分析,提出将机舱舱底水驳运至污油水舱以及应注意的事项,以解决舱底水污染海域的问题。
