适应症：
为治疗各种感染性疾病的首选药品，常用于呼吸道混合感染（肺炎、急慢性支气管炎、咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、小儿上呼吸道感染、百日咳等）、泌尿道感染（淋病、尿道炎、膀胱炎、盆腔炎、阴道炎、肾盂肾炎等）治疗；其他对本品敏感的革兰阳性及阴性菌感染，如胆道感染、急慢性菌痢及皮肤、软组织感染、脑膜炎、败血症、心内膜炎等。

用量用法：
口服：１～２粒／次，４～６次／日。肌注、静注：每次０．５～１ｇ，每日３～４次，用注射用水溶解后缓慢注入。静滴：每次０．５～１ｇ。用葡萄糖液稀释后于１小时内滴完，每日用量为６～１２ｇ。

注意事项：
偶有过敏反应、眩晕、耳鸣等，用前需做皮试。青霉素过敏者忌用。

规格： 胶囊剂０．５ｇ（二者各０．２５ｇ）；粉针剂：０．５ｇ（二者各０．２５ｇ）.
