Mei一Su Xionzhi Dixia Hewuqi ShiyanTiaoyue《美苏限制地下核武器试验条约》了Zha妙be柳eentho United万tate，ofA观ericaandtlle Ullio，:ofsovietsoeialistRePublicsonthe Li爪itatio声2 oftJlzderground Nuelear触aPon Tests)简称《限当量禁试条约》。美国和苏联于1974年7月3日在莫斯科签订，有效期5年，到期后可顺延5年。 条约共有5条，主要内容是:缔约双方自1976年3月31日起，在各自管辖或控制下的任何地方禁止、防止和不进行当量在15万吨以上的核武器的一切地下试验，并将各白的地下核试验限制在最低次数;双方将根据公认的国际法原则，使用它所拥有的国家技术监督手段进行核查;为和平目的而进行的地下核爆炸不受条约限制，但双方将另外就此谈判具体规定，并尽快签署协定。在签订本条约的同时，双方还签订了《美苏限制地下核武器试验条约议定书》，对相互交换核查资料作了具体规定。1976年5月28队两国又签订《美苏和平利用地下核爆炸条约》，相互承诺将不进行当量超过15万吨的任何单个核爆炸或总当量超过150万吨的任何成组核爆炸(包括连续几次的单个核爆炸)。 自60年代初开始，美苏已将全部核武器试验改在地下进行。该条约签订时，两国尼克松(左)与勃列日涅夫签署《美苏限制地下核武器试验条约》在地下核试验中积累了大量技术数据，继续进行大当量地下核试验已无必要。因此，条约的实际意义是有限的。1987年，两国在日内瓦就条约的核查问题重开谈判，翌年分别在对方核试验场进行了联合核查试验。1990年，两国议会分别批准该条约。 (孙恩言)
