Objective Using 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy free radical(ascorbic acid quencher-2,AAQ-2)as quencher of vitamin C(Vit C),to establish an end point method of double reagent for determining serum uric acid(UA),to eliminate the interference of Vit C in determining serum UA.
