This paper introduced the analysis detailly which influenced the productivity factors of the volatile kiln of Zinc leaching residues,and according to the actual producing circumstance,it had put forward the improving measures correspondingly which were of importance to raise the productivity and produce efficiently of the volatile kiln of Zinc.

The experiment results indicate that zinc volatilizing rate is greater than 95%,lead volatilizing rate than 97%,under the conditions of coal rations 50% of slag mass,reduci.

The secondorder function of volatility of mould powder base (CaF_2CaOSiO_2Na_2O) with basicity, Na_2CO_3, CaF_2, temperature and time has been established through orthogonal design.
