The effects of molding press and sintering temperature on the mechanical properties of ZrO_2 ceramic were investigated by some mechanical methods such as SENB and Three Points Bending and so on, and some testing methods such as XRD and SEM were studied.
65μm、含2mol%Y_2O_3 的ZrO_2 粉末,经冷等静压成型和常压烧结工艺制备了ZrO_2 陶瓷,分别利用三点弯曲、单边切口梁(SENB)法等力学测试方法和X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法,研究了冷等静压成型压力和烧结温度对ZrO_2 陶瓷显微组织及力学性能的影响,分析了ZrO_2 陶瓷显微组织结构和力学性能之间的关系,并研究了成型压力对ZrO_2陶瓷耐磨性能的影响。

The mechanism of a banded abnormal growth parallel to hot-pressing plane in the hot-pressedAl_2O_3-ZrO_2 ceramics prepared with ultra fine powders has been investigated, and the methods con-trolled from processes have also been presented in this paper.
