| 胶合层积材 glulaminated wood 由多层成材或单板按纹理方向平行层叠胶合制成的复合材产品。简称胶合木。用成材顺纹层叠的制品常称胶合层积木。用旋切单板顺纹层叠胶合的板、方材称为单板层积材 。通过胶合木生产，可以把采伐作业和木材加工后的短、小料，以及人工林抚育间伐所得小径材用拼接、层叠、胶合技术 ，使短材成为长材（纵接），窄料成为宽料（横拼），薄板成为厚板（层积）。它可使小材变大材，劣材变优材，有助于缓和木材资源的紧缺，又能提供远非天然木材所能适应的特殊大型构件用材，兼有节约利用与合理利用木材资源的意义。胶合层积木的生产是将短材小料锯解成一定厚度的板方材 ，经人工干燥后将胶合面刨光。板材厚度要一致，宽度视需要拼接。涂胶后叠合，对胶面层施加一定压力，使其密合，并在一定压力和温度作用下使胶层固化，然后解除压力即成 。单板层积材生产是用旋切单板，由几层到几十层顺纹平行胶合而成。 |
