性质:又称圣达因泵。从叶轮流出的液体只在扩散管处有一部分输出,其余大部分液体仍在泵体环形空间流道中循环的一种高扬程、小流量高速离心泵。主要由泵体、密封体、增速器三部分组成。泵叶轮为单级悬臂式,采用全开式辐射型直叶片。叶轮前一般有变螺距螺旋式诱导轮。密封体内设有机械密封装置,有单端面式、双端面式和双列单端面串联式三种形式。增速器多为二级增速,使泵转速达20000r/min左右。扬程高(出口静压达17MPa),轴向推力小,结构紧凑,可用于输送悬浮液和高黏度液体。但效率较低,增速器和机械密封寿命低。
