In order to lower the cost of surfactant and improve its ability of resisting calcium and magnesium ions, a new kind of modified petroleum sulfonates PCS were synthesized from furfural extracted oil and vacuum distillate oil of Daqing refining oil company as raw materials respectively by Friedel-Crafts acylation with maleic anhydride and then sulfonation with Na_2SO_3.
为了降低生产成本、提高表面活性剂的耐钙镁离子能力,本文以大庆炼化公司的渣油(糠醛抽出油和减三线馏分油)为原料,经过与马来酸酐的酰基化反应及与Na_2SO_3的磺化反应,合成出新型三次采油用表面活性剂——改性石油磺酸钠

   烷基磺酸钠又称石油磺酸钠、表面活性剂AS,结构式为RSO3Na、其中R为平均14~18个碳原子的直链脂肪族烷基。白色或淡黄色固体,有臭味,密度1.09。溶于水而成半透明液体,对酸碱和硬水都比较稳定,无毒,

    活性物含量  24%~26%    游离碱含量  <0.1%
