本课题对针刺“振阳穴”进针的最佳深度和最佳角度进行了规范研究，为针刺“振阳穴”提供了临床操作规范，并对“振阳穴”的局部解剖结构进行了观察，为针刺治疗阳痿的临床作用机制提供了形态学依据。

In order to observe the effect of electric acupuncture of the acupoints along the Yangming Channels on peripheral nerve injury,15 cases of radial nerve injury were treated by electric acupuncture of the acupoints along the Yangming Channels(EA Group)and compared with 15 cases of the control group treated by Western medicines for three months.
采用电针阳明经穴治疗桡神经损伤 15例 ,并随机设西药对照组 15例对照观察 ,观察周期为 3个月。

阳蹻穴 阳蹻穴 ①阳蹻脉交会穴。据《针灸甲乙经》等书记载，交会于足太阳经的申脉、仆参、跗阳（郄）、睛明；足少阳经的居髎、风池；足阳明经的地仓、巨髎、承泣；手阳明经的肩髎、巨骨；手太阳经的臑俞。 ②申脉穴。《针经指南》载：“申脉通阳蹻”，为八脉八穴之一。
