To study the pathogenic relationship between stroke and snoring,we first reviewed four major pathogenesis theories of stroke in TCM literature,and raised the point that,since extraneous or internal“wind”had attracted too much attention from doctors,the chronomedicine of stroke was poorly developed.
本课题在导师《睡眠对中风发病的影响》研究基础上,以鼾眠为主要研究对象,选取中风及鼾眠的患者进行临床观察,并对鼾眠与中风的各自病机进行了总结,目的在于探讨鼾眠与中风的共同病机及鼾眠在中风发病中的作用机理。

鼾眠
鼾眠 证名。系指睡眠中呼吸时咽喉中发出的声音。《诸病源候论》卷三一：“鼾眠者，眠里喉咽间有声也，人喉咙气上下也……气有不和，则冲击咽喉，而作声也。其有肥人，眠作声者，但肥人气血沉厚，迫隘喉咽，涩而不利亦作声。”
