急性单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血
造血系统疾病。多发生在原先患有溶血性贫血患者，如自身免疫性溶血性贫血，阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿等。在某些诱因，如上呼吸道感染、急性胃肠炎，特别是病毒感染后，上述患者可突然发生造血功能的暂肘停滞，导致严重贫血。推测是由于病毒感染后免疫功能紊乱所致。部分也可发生在原无溶血性贫血的患者，往往在感染，药物或化学中毒的基础上突然发生，如病毒性肝炎，传染性单核细胞增多症，以及应用氯霉素、磺胺、保泰松等。其临床特点是起病急，多有明确的诱因，如能祛除病因，一般仍能自愈。
