目的：祖国医学认为痰湿型不孕症的病因病机为“痰壅胞宫”，即痰浊壅塞胞宫，现代医学认为痰浊的生物学基础是糖脂代谢的异常，db/db小鼠具有糖脂代谢异常，生殖功能障碍等特点，符合“痰壅胞宫”不孕症的症候特征，因此我们选择db/db小鼠进行基础实验研究，探索引起痰浊患者生殖功能障碍的原因，证明“痰壅胞宫”理论的正确性，同时明确卵巢内瘦素信号系统的传导途径和卵巢局部瘦素信号缺失对卵巢自身功能的影响。
