性质:又称毛果(芸香)碱。油状液体或低熔点的结晶。熔点34℃,旋光度[α]D+106 ,其盐酸盐熔点204~205℃,硝酸盐为无色晶体或白色有光泽的结晶粉末,味苦,遇光易变质。熔点174~178℃。易溶于水,稍溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚或氯仿。由毛果芸香叶中提取分离制得。为拟胆碱药,有抗胆碱酯酶作用,能兴奋M-胆碱能受体,使瞳孔缩小,降低眼内压,且有兴奋调节作用。此外还有收缩平滑肌、兴奋汗腺和唾液腺分泌等作用。适用于治疗青光眼、调节性斜视。制剂为滴眼剂、膜剂。
