We summarized Prof Ma Juli s thought of treating different diseases with the same method, and applied the experience of treating urologic disease with decoction for clearing away gallbladder heat with additional or reduced ingredients into clinical use.
整理总结马居里教授运用异病同治的思想,临证应用温胆汤加减治疗泌尿系疾病的经验;通过验案举例,凡辨证中以“痰热内扰,胆胃不和”为主要病机的疾病,皆可考虑温胆汤加减治疗。

| 同病异治 相同疾病用不同治法的治疗原则。同一种疾病，由于发病的时间、地区以及患者机体的反应性不同，亦或处于不同的发展阶段，所以表现的证候不同，因而治法也不一样。如同患感冒，由于发病的季节不同，治法也不同。暑季感冒，由于感受暑湿邪气，治疗时须用芳香化浊药物，以祛暑湿，这就区别于其他季节的感冒的治法。再如麻疹因病变发展的阶段不同，治疗方法也应各有不同，初起麻疹未透，宜发表透诊；中期肺热明显，常须清泄肺热；后期多为余热不尽，肺胃阴伤，须以养阴清热为要。 |
