Objective: To establish the model of multiple cerebral concussion(MCC) inrats, observe dopaminergic neurons and its nerve fiber post-MCC, our target is tostudy dopaminergic neurons changes in brain regions related to cognitivedeficits, so as to understand the neurobiologic mechanisms of cognitive behavioraldysfunction after MCC in rats.
目的：建立三重脑震荡(multiple cerebral concussion，MCC)大鼠模型，观察MCC大鼠脑多巴胺能神经元、神经纤维变化的规律，探讨与MCC大鼠认知行为障碍相关脑区的多巴胺能神经元变化，以了解三重脑震荡鼠认知行为障碍的神经生物学基础。

目的:建立三重脑震荡(multiple cerebral concussion,MCC)大鼠模型,观察MCC大鼠脑干色氨酸羟化酶(Tryptophan hydroxylase,TPH)与基底节和中隔区酪氨酸羟化酶(tyrosine hydroxylase,TH)表达变化情况,探讨与MCC大鼠认知行为障碍相关的色氨酸羟化酶和酪氨酸羟化酶变化的关系,以了解三重脑震荡鼠认知行为障碍的神经生物学基础。

Objective:To establish the model of multiple cerebral concussion(MCC)in rats,observe the changes of dopaminergic neurons and cholinergic neurons and its nerve fiber post-MCC,so as to understand the relation of the dopaminergic neurons and cholinergic neurons,so as to understand the neurobiologic mechanisms of cognitive behavioral dysfunction after MCC in rats.
目的:建立三重脑震荡(multiple cerebral concussion,MCC)大鼠模型,观察MCC大鼠大脑多巴胺能神经元和胆碱能神经元、神经纤维变化的规律。

脑震荡后综合征
postconcussional syndrome
部分颅脑损伤者从恢复期后逐渐形成“脑震荡后综合征”，其主要原因可能是他们曾被诊断为“脑震荡”。患者从此便长期自述头痛、头晕、失眠、记忆力减退、思想不能集中等一系列症状。症状消失后又复发，甚至可增添新的症状，但神经系统检查和神经系特殊检查均属正常。
