In this present study, we extracted Candida albicans insoluble β-glucan (CAIBG)from cultured Candida albicans to observe whether elevated IL-1β、 TNF-a can be induced in mice serum and the relationship between IL-1β、 TNF-a and CAIBG increasing peripheral leucocyte.
