静滴：１日１～４ｍｇ，加于１０％葡萄糖液２５０～５００ｍｌ中，缓慢滴注，７～１０次为１疗程，２周后可再用。
注意事项：
可有白细胞下降，多数病人可以恢复。有时出现恶心、呕吐、厌食、口干等不良反应。若引起心房扑动，应即停药。部分病人可有心肌损害。
规格： 针剂：每支１ｍｇ（１ｍｌ）。
