养阴清热 养阴清热 治疗学名词。指清法。用滋阴降火的方法治疗阴虚发热的方法。例如心阴不足，心火亢盛，症见心烦不得眠，午后发热，口干舌燥，舌红少苔，脉细数等，用黄连阿胶汤；肺热阴虚，症见干咳少痰，或咳嗽带血，午后发热，颧红，舌红少苔，口干咽燥，脉细数等，用百合固金汤加减；肝肾阴虚，症见腰膝酸软，五心烦热，颧红盗汗，耳鸣眩晕，舌红少津，小便黄赤，脉细数等，用知柏八味丸。温热病后期，症见夜热早凉，热退无汗者，用青蒿鳖甲汤。
