原发性肾小球肾炎
简称“肾小球肾炎”、习惯上称“肾炎”。由内源性或外源性抗原引起肾小球免疫性增殖性炎症的症群。发病机制90%以上是通过循环免疫复合物在肾小球内沉积，5%是通过产生抗肾小球基底膜抗体而作用于肾小球，极少部分是通过原位免疫复合物形成。病理改变呈多样性，与临床表现无明确固定联系。由系统性疾病引起肾脏免疫性增殖性损伤，不称原发性肾小球肾炎。临床有其共同表现称肾炎综合征。原发性肾小球肾炎是肾炎中最常见的一种，因此习惯将两者视为同义词。治疗视临床表现及病理诊断不同而分别处理。
